Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

MYVIRTUALSHOP.COM​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Damages

My Website (change this)​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Our ​Return & Refund Policy​ provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.

• We accept secure payments for customers via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal and much more! 

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at myvirtualshopllc@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the item is being returned because it's faulty or not as described MYVIRTUALSHOP will pay return shipping costs. However if the buyers want to return the item for any other reasons within 14days, they have to pay to send it back.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, monogrammed or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and items damaged through normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

No returns on software or undergarments

Get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 1-3 business days.
